Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@elnoranyc.com Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Conditions

  • We do not accept returns of items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items missing original packaging or tags will not be accepted.
  • All returns must meet the eligibility criteria described above.

All products are returnable, provided they comply with the requirements of this policy.


Valid Reasons for Return

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damage incurred during shipping
  • Cancellations under the EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (see below)

We do not accept returns for personal preference or buyer’s remorse unless covered by EU law.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to a country within the European Union, you are legally entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason — including change of mind.

  • Returned items must be in the same condition as received
  • Unused, with all original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If your return is approved, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@elnoranyc.com so we can evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original product following the return process and place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
